  • We offer Free Delivery for all the orders above Rs 3000/- nationwide.
  • For orders below stated amount, standard delivery rates will be charged: Rs 250.
  • We at Super Foods aim to process and ship your order within 24-48 hours once the order is confirmed.
  • You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
  • The estimated average delivery time across Pakistan is 3 to 7 working days after shipping.

  • You can track your order on the Post Ex courier website:https://www.postex.pk/tracking
  • (Try entering CN courier number with and without KI)
  • If you don’t get any tracking updates please Whatsapp or call 0300-4164601 (10 am to 6 pm)
  • Super Foods cannot be held liable for late delivery/collection by third-party postal/courier companies.
Want to change your order?

You CANNOT revise your order after placement. In case you still want to make any changes, please message us on our Whatsapp 0300-4164601 within 6 hrs. If your order is not dispatched from our warehouse, we would cancel it for you to place a new one.
What is your Exchange or Return Policy?

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :

  • The product is damaged, leaked, defected or incomplete.
  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.
  • Products must be returned to our Customer Services department for a return and full refund to be made.

Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
Do you Offer Refund?
  • Unfortunately, we don’t offer any refunds however in the case where we won’t be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.
  • In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
  • The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days depending on the mode of payment.
